Islam Net raises funds for a variety of community projects, including but not restricted to, establishing mosques and community centers, endowments and other Islamic institutions, and various Dawah activities, all with the purpose of serving Islam and the Muslim community. Your donation(s) may be spent on these projects and goals.

This donations and refund policy applies to anyone who makes an online donation to Islam Net. As your donation is being made online without our assistance or involvement, we ask that you complete your details and the amount of your donation carefully, as it involves a substantial amount of administrative time to deal with and rectify any errors. In summary:

Should an error be made in the amount of any donation, the donor has 30 days in which to notify Islam Net of the error. All requests for refunds must be made in writing by email to the Finance Manager at sadaqah@islamnet.com. In order for the Finance Manager to refund the donation, your email should include as much as possible of the following details:

Refunds of the amount pledged cannot be made simply because you have changed your mind. It is for this reason that we ask that you make your choice to donate carefully. Islam Net is under no obligation to give a refund but will ensure that any genuine errors (such as the amount donated) are rectified.

Should an error be made by Islam Net or its financial institution, full refunds will be made immediately upon notification of the error and all costs borne by Islam Net.
